Pedro José Arenas (Colombia)
Activist in socio-environmental and alternative communication issues. Promoter of drug policy reforms. Associate researcher at the Indepaz Institute. Specialist in crops and cultivators of coca, poppy and marijuana. Co-founder of the Youth Movement for the Guaviare and the Viso Mutop Corporation. Former Mayor San José del Guaviare. Former Congressman of Colombia.

Bruno González (Mexico)
Mexican activist involved in drug policy since 2009. President of the Board of Directors of the International Network of People who Uses Drugs (INPUD). Regional representative of Latin American Network of People who Uses Drugs (LANPUD). He participates in different groups of United Nations offices such as the New York NGO Committee and the Drugs Civil SocietyGroup with UNODC and the StrategicAdvisoryGroupon HIV and Drug Use with ONUSAIDA, WHO and UNODC. He is part of ReverdeSer Colectivo (Mexico) and works as a peer educator at the Youth Institute of Mexico City.

Hannah Hetzer (United States)
Senior International Policy Manager at Drug Policy Alliance, based in New York. She serves as liaison for the Drug Policy Alliance for Latin America and other international affairs. Worked with the Latin America Unit of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, at Human Rights Watch and Human Rights Foundation. Graduated in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick (United Kingdom).

Nathália Oliveira (Brazil)
Coordinator of the Black Initiative for a New Drug Policy. President of o COMUDA -SP (Municipal Council for the Policy of Alcohol and Drugs of São Paulo). Member of the Executive Secretariat of the Brazilian Platform for Drug Policy. Graduated in Social Sciences by the Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP).

Elena Eva Reynaga (Argentina)
Sex worker who started her social activism in 1994. She founded the Association of Women Women of Argentina (AMMAR) and the Network of Women Sex Workers of Latin America and the Caribbean (RedTraSex). In 2008, she was named a distinguished personality of Human Rights for the legislature of the City of Buenos Aires and in 2014 the Senate of the Nation awarded him a diploma of honor for his struggle in the defense of Human Rights.

Lisa Sánchez (Mexico)
Executive Director of Mexico United Against Crime and former collaborator of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission of the OAS (CICAD / OAS) and Espolea, A.C. Degree in International Relations from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and the Institute of Political Studies of Paris. Master in Political Science from the University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, and Master in Public Management and Governance from the London School of Economics.
