The street intervention arises in the context of the IV Regional Conference on Drug Policy in order to make visible the cultural and artistic practices of civil society from a critical, resistance and proactive position towards the approach drug issue taken from the prohibitionist policies, “War on Drugs”, the uses and abuses of society in general and propose a positive change in the urban aesthetic to face how to communicate and deal with this issue.
