Co-builder of the National Mental Health Policy in force; lead manager of the current National Policy on Drug Consumption Reduction of Colombia and promoter of the last three studies in this area, also developed in Colombia, (Study on Drug consumption of school students from 2004 to 2011 – Study on Drug consumption at households in 2008).
