Hernan Merlino. Manager of the Secretary of Communication and the Press of the National Drug Board of the Republic of Uruguay.

He is a Technician in Social Communication (Universidad del Trabajo del Uruguay) and in his third year of Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences at the Universidad de la República.  Since 2000 he has been the Manager of the Secretary of Communication and the Press of the National Drug Board.

From 2001 to 2003 he was the Advisor of Communication for the Uruguay Office Network, broadcasting different activities and programs that developed: Educational Connectivity, Software Sector Support, Audiovisual Sector, Electronic Commerce and Electronic Governance.

From 2005 to 2009, he collaborated with the Director of SEPREDI (Secretary of the Press and Dissemination of the President of the Republic).

He has coordinated numerous public good publications and campaigns.
