BA in Psychology from Universidade de Brasília with a Master in Public Health and an Specialization in maternal and child health from Universidade de São Paulo. Currently a doctorate student in Health Management at Universidade Federal Do Rio De Janeiro.
Currently serves as Assistant Secretary for Health to the Municipio de Sao Bernardo do Campo., São Paulo. Advisor for Cosem – Conselho Municipais Secretaries of Health of São Paulo. Worked for the Ministry of Health in Brasilia as Coordinator and Technical Advisor for the General Coordination for Decentralized Management Support and Advisor for Child Health Integral Assistance Program. Served as Manager for Priority Citizen Rescue Project, Manager for Integration and Regulatory Management Municipal System and Health Director for the Santana District, Municipal Health Secretariat of Sao Paulo. President of the Regional Council of São Paulo Psychology from 1998 to 2001.
