National Drug Commissioner. Attorney with an extensive career in public administration, mostly devoted to the application of criminal law. He joined the University of Central America, the Free School of Law, graduating with a degree in Law and Notary Public. Also a graduate from the Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Business Law (MADE), University of Free Law School and is a graduate of the “Legal Aspects of International Trade”, the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE) and Georgetowm University, (USA).

Due to his experience and knowledge, especially in the issue of drugs , he was to be granted the post of Deputy Minister of the Presidency for Security Affairs and National Drug Commissioner, coordinating all matters relating to the fight against drugs in the country. He currently serves as the Director of the National Security Intelligence and Special Intervention Unit, also having responsibilities include coordination of the Presidential Guard.
