Dominguez Andrea Duque (Colombia) is a journalist from the Sabana University, Colombia. He currently works for Viva Rio at the Drug Policy team of this organization, which holds the secretariat of the Brazilian Commission on Drug Policy.

Roberto Valencia (El Salvador) Journalist. He currently works for Sala Negra, the online newspaper of El Faro (El Salvador). This is an ambitious project which cover the phenomenon of violence in Central America,  the world’s most violent region labeled by the United Nations.
